That data is usually handled by Google itself. If there are more devices sharing their location here, then it's going to show it's busy. If there are more devices here than last Monday, then of course it's going to say busier than usual. It has nothing to do with the actual fairgrounds, it's google. Same way that Google maps knows when there is a backup on the road, devices sharing locations. Normally the fairgrounds doesn't have a lot of activity, but with the fair setting up, there are so many more people here.

Adult prices apply for anyone 13+. Prices are $9 online and $14 at the gate.

There are 3 types of wristbands there is one that cost 25$ which for Mondays- Thursdays. Another for 35$ which is for Fridays- Sundays. Lastly, there is a Golden Pass which is 20$ which is used to get to the beginning of the ride lines, you need to buy one of the regular wristbands in order to buy the golden pass.

Lynn, that depends entirely on what the event is they can rain from moderate to outrageous depending on what the event is and whether you choose covered seating or open seating and how close do you want to get to the stage. You'll have to wait for the event that you want to go to look it up online and find out what the tickets are. It's just not possible to answer that question in a general way.
