I could be wrong, but I believe that the fair itself ends at 9 pm on Monday the 21st, 2022, then again, certain exhibits close earlier than others.

The entrance gate closes at 9 p.m.
The Expo centers close earlier than the actual fair parts close. Monday the expos close at 9pm. It's a holiday so the rides amd food stay open an hour or two longer.
Monday "ends" at 9 but some of the stalls remain open past that time.
From Sunday 2/21 people were rolling in at 7pm in the hundreds. The Google site says 9pm but from what I could tell it must run a lot later.
