Consistently the worst branch ever. I only come here to pay rent to my landlord and every time it's a horrible experience. I will never personally bank here.

Every time I go here it's a wait and not helpful. This most recent time, my aunt was trying to remove her name from an account that we shared for escrow. First time they said it would be a few minutes. After 30 mins she began to leave, lady stopped her and said it would be a few minutes. She had to leave. Went back 2 days later. After a wait she was seen. She was then told she could not remove her name from account, but she could close the account and transfer money to one of her other accounts. She did not want to do this because it was my money. I went today to close the account and transfer to one of my other accounts. I walk in to see a rep and she was helping someone else asked for me to wait. I waited 10 mins and she came out. I advised I needed to close a joint account and transfer the money to one of my other accounts. She told me she was the only one there and could not help me with issue. And told me to transfer money with the teller and call to cancel the account. Now the line with the only teller had grown to 8 people from the 2 that was there when I first got there. They never give consistent information and never have anyone there to help. My two credit unions do a much better with customer service. Pretty sure I will be canceling all my accounts with them if I discover I can even if I have stocks through their merril.

Horrible experience as the wait to talk to any worker was over 1 hour. There was not enough employees working which made the process to get anything done difficult. The staff working on that day were not good either. They should hire more workers for this branch or shut down this branch all together if the branch cannot handle customers. Worst customer service ever and will not be coming back to this location ever again.

Usually they have someone that holds a notory license. You can call to see if an appointment is necessary.
