For being a Wells Fargo in CARROLLWOOD, this place is quite shameful to the franchise. For an age so heavily dependent on automation, they need to install more ATM’s. I’m tired of driving there just for the one ATM to be under repair or non functional.

They closed early for 4/20! About 10 cars trying to use ATM in drive through at 4ish. Who knew 4/20 was a bank holiday...lol. Manager said...I'm not missing out on these deals....

Don’t expect to accomplish anything at this branch. Their lobby remains closed and they refuse to expand their drive-through services. Edit - WF, you’re not going to learn more about my visit, because the branch was closed. If I really needed MY money, what would I do? I’m going to locate one of your branches that is open, and I’m going to close all of my accounts.
