Well the last time I tried to see someone he tried to make me wait instead of taking care of my issues. He went to the back came back for 20 minutes which I am not about to wait specially when I have to be at work. I just couldn't believe that he will tell me to set and wait instead of asking someone to help me before he went to the back. I just didn't feel welcoming at all.

Personal attention should you need it. I personally go to a few of the branches in Tampa. They are very friendly and get to know their customers by Name makes me feel that I can ask advice regarding any banking choices so that I can have good options where to put my money.
