Lillian the bank teller had a very rude tone and bad attitude for absolutely no reason, you can tell she has a deep resentment for her job because it shows all over her face. It’s so disappointing going into the bank each time to make some simple deposits and payments and you get rude customer service. Makes you not want to do business with Chase banks because the tellers are not helpful at all.

If you like bank branches that have one, sometimes even two people working and handling both the walk-in and drive thru windows; where the staff changes every couple weeks and you can routinely wait 30 min to do a deposit thru the window even if your 2nd or 3rd in line. This is the bank for you.
