Personally, a very bad experience. Went in to name a beneficiary to one of my accounts. They wouldn't give me the paper work to confirm the naming of the beneficiary. They said it was corporate policy. Ridiculous!

If I could give zero stars I would; this bank is horrible!! My aunt tried to retrieve money from her account but was treated like a criminal. They said her account was closed due to an issue with fraud, took her debit card and kicked her out of the bank. The store manager and the assistant manger did not try to resolve the issue or call the fraud department. We called customer service and they told us that only the branch is able to call the fraud department to resolve the issue. How can we fix the issue when the employees refuse to do their jobs? Once we figure out the problem, we are changing banks and will not patron here again. We're extremely disappointed and upset due to the lack of professionalism and treatment with everyone at this location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
