Yes. Bathroom areas vary. For you I think it would be best to use the bathroom area in th main building on the right side of the pond from the entrance. It is a very busy venue. But it has the easiest access. Bathroom areas are normally clean in my experience. But that can very on the date and time you go to the Florida st fair. Weekends are very busy for the entire duration of the fair. But the busiest times are the first week. Good luck and have fun.
