Anytime I need anything medical I now know to always ask if they use Carecentrix. If they say they do, I find another place that doesn't use them. 0 stars. The only time there is ever an issue with billing, it is always because the place used carecentrix as a 3rd party instead of just using my actual insurances. _______________________________________ Edit: A year later and still the run around. They do not bill to secondary insurance but they don't tell you that until a year of harassing you to pay what secondary is supposed to pay. So they hound you that it's money you owe as copayment and then after giving them your secondary insurance information (which the doctors all say they are in network with) several times because they keep saying "oh it wasn't on file, disregard the bill", they wait until they put you to collections and then they say that carecentrix doesn't bill to secondary. Then they say that the patient has to get the medical claim forms and EOB themselves. Considering that they say that carecentrix is the 3rd party for Blue Cross why don't they have the EOB? No you have to call blue cross directly to get those because blue cross is who paid for the service. What does Carecentrix actually do, then? They don't pay as primary. They don't bill to secondary. They just cause trouble. There is literally no point to this company. Blue Cross please stop using them!

TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! SERVICE!! I called in to verify if my son's request for the Dexcom was received from the provider. I was told no and to email it in. I asked for an intake number and was told there was none. I emailed the orders/records in and they responded advising me that I had to call in and get an intake number. I responded that I did call and that I was told there was none. I call back and they can't fine the email that THEY responded to, so I had to send it again. Such a mess of a company!! ALL YOU GET IS THE RUN AROUND!!

This is the worst experience since June 23 can’t talk to a manager they will not give you their extension number or their name hiding behind curtains so they don’t have to call you back or answer your calls. As a service manager at a car dealership or any place you should call the customer back at least twice a day I can’t get a single call since June 23. Is ordered not ordered cancel ordered can anybody call back to the customer imagine leaving your car at my dealership for 40 days and nobody called back unbelievable. William De Witt
