I have been using webstaurant store for a few months. I love the prices. I had only one issue with a delivery because it spelled over and it could have been the fault of the delivery person himself but it was immediately replaced. I always receive my deliveries on time. I was shocked at how fast they responded because of all the negative reviews. I will definitely continue to use this site. Has helped my business a lot!

Ordered a hand truck, said Iit would ship within 3-5 days week later nothing , called,said it would be another week, waited another week, nothing, called again said the company had not received all the parts to make the kart and because of how thing are to-day have to wait until the company makes the kart, well you don't sell steak before ikilling the cow needless to say, I had to get a kart I did not want at the home depot, and have websteraunt return my funds which was no cake walk and they fought all the way, do not recommend these folks!!!did not even call to tell me there was a delay, had to call myself each time!!!

Don't do it. They sell products they don't have and your order is on backorder for months tying up your money. This has happened to me several times. Trash customer service.trash company

This site is a scam! Yes that have low price, but where they get you is shipping cost. First the items I ordered came in a garbage bag in a mangled box. No filler of any kind so who knows how many things were dropped on it. And then I find out it does not come with lids! They are sold separately! They don't tell you that in the title, is buried in description. They don't offer that during checkout. So if you are a first time buyer good luck. Customer service also is terrible they don't care at all.
