Was nice test driving the RX and NX. They became very hasty and rude to me when they learned my budget and didn’t want to sell me the very last CPO 2015 RX (chip shortages and literally no other certified pre-owned on site). I went to Acura of Marin and ended up getting a 2019 RDX immediately afterwards for $2k less. Now I’m an Acura fan for life.

EVERY LEXUS OWNER READ ME BEFORE COMING HERE!!! Let me start by saying many of the employees here are kind and will take very good care of you, But for some of them it is not the case...Not sure if there phone system is not working or maybe its mine but I can never get a hold of anyone from service! I personally had to drive all the way down to the dealer to wait another 30 mins just to speak to someone about getting work done to my vehicle. As I waited I tired to speak with a sale person but all ignored me and were rude, As well I had a friend recently purchase a car from them and they were just as rude to him so I'm not going crazy. I've been coming here for years and with the change up with service staff really shows the quality going down, very disappointing. And side note change the music please! I'm sure a regular customer will agree we don't enjoy hearing soul town every time we have to wait half our day here.

While getting my car serviced at Freeman Toyota, I took the opportunity to take a look at their Elite Lexus Dealership. Although they are low on inventory right now, the cars they do have are an example of the luxury a Lexus can provide. They strive to provide a World Class Ownership experience. I was assured by a salesman that more cars are coming. The service department they have there is state of the art with certified master Lexus technicians.
