Stood in line this afternoon for an hour and 20 mins. Two tellers were working the windows and one of them strictly for Business Clients. I came to cash a check and purchase a cashiers check. The teller that was helping me called over his manager and the manager asked me if I could have a seat while he verified the check. I figured I was there for so long and I might as well stick it out and see it through. So while sitting in the lobby the manager walks past me with my check, Driver License and Debit card and is stopped by another customer that was sitting in the lobby as well. The customer says to him, “You know you cost me a few thousand dollars recently” and it caught the managers attention. And instead of the manager telling him, “I’m with a customer right now but will get back to you” he gets into a full blown conversation with him. And I’m just sitting there thinking, “I waited in line like everyone else did…Why did the manager decide on helping the other guy?!?” So I stand up and ask the manager if I could have my stuff back and he gives it back to me with no explanation or no apology. I work in customer service as well and this manager failed to provide me with customer service. I left the building with nothing but time wasted. I hope that BofA trains their staff and management better so that no one has to go through this again.

The customer service was very slow. One teller open which 5 other employees standing around. The line had 3 customers when I came in and grow to the door while I waited for 15 minutes
