Yes, they do have it. Just for your information only, it is called Cha siu (Chinese: 叉燒; Cantonese Yale: chāsīu) is a popular way to flavor and prepare barbecued pork in Cantonese cuisine.It is classified as a type of siu mei (燒味), Cantonese roasted meat.

An authentic Chinese restaurant isn't going to have a Japanese ingredient like tamari. 🙄

Chicken won't be crispy unless ordered separate so it is on side from fried cake noodles. Then oyster sauce gravy served separately as well. Manager said explain well what you want and they will do all they can to accommodate.
