We had a really great experience with our leasing agent, Dennis. He was easy to work with and very professional. He was very quick to respond to any request and help guide us through the process. The apartments are beautiful and in a fantastic location. One of my favorite aspects is that there are two gyms, one for weightlifting and one that's more cardio focused, not something you see in a lot of apartments. My biggest complaint is that one of the elevators isn't working so during busy times there is a slightly longer wait.

I recently moved to Via6 and my experience has been quite good so far. The location is unbeatable and I believe quality-price relation is good. The personnel has very good attention. Specially Mario from the Leasing team. He has been very helpful since my moving to Via6 even though he is on sales team, not Concierge team he resolves many questions I have. The only thing it can be improved is the cleanliness of some floors. Besides that everythin has been perfect.

I moved in last week & have had the most smooth moving process ever! My unit was in great condition, the building is excellent, and all leasing/concierge staff have been incredibly kind. Caleb in particular has made my cross-country move very easy & is always willing to answer any/all questions. My experience has been excellent so far!
