I moved into Radius back in March of this year. The move in process was seamless. By far one of the most efficient I have experienced living in Seattle thus far. As the months have gone on, life has happened and the team has done an amazing job at adjusting and communicating the fuzzier spots. The package concierge system has been down the last month or so, at no fault of Radius or it's staff. However, they are the ones constantly being held accountable for a vendor issue. Jonathan (one of the managers in the office) sends out frequent and thorough updates, and Ethan has been a rockstar at getting packages into the conference room temp storage quickly so they aren't swiped or lost. These sound like simple things, but when you bake unto it the never ending critique and downright vile feedback some of the residents have been giving, it's amazing this team is able to show up everyday and do everything in their power to keep the residents informed and happy! Aside from the all around great team, the location of Radius is also great and SUPER reasonable. I say this having chosen Radius as my apt was going at a better rate than north seattle! Highly recommend!

I booked an apartment here from another state without ever touring it, and its units ended up being really nice and match the 3D models shown on radiusslu.com. The appliances, finish, and amenities are great. My onboarding experience was also fantastic. Zahra'a was really friendly and toured me through the whole apartment and answered all my questions.

Bad service. Came in late at night just to find my parking spot occupied by another residents car. When I called in to ask what can I do, I was told by 24/7 maintenance person to park on the street and there’s nothing they can do. Why charge so much for monthly fee for parking when the essential services aren’t provided. The staff was extremely rude and was shouting over the phone as to why I called them.

Maintenance folks are so great! I put in a request for a few items on a Monday holiday, and Brian came by the next day Tuesday and got me squared away. Friendly, quick, and competent resolution. Same with every encounter I've had with the maintenance crew -- great set of people. I've also appreciated the staff in general for keeping the community safe and welcoming. Especially Gage most recently. Have had nice interactions with all staff. Definitely recommend going with a top floor unit, if one's available. Floors 7, 8, and 9 all have some units without residences above. Is more of a general apartment living callout, than anything Radius specific.

Hello, we allow dogs and cats with a max of 2 pets. Rent is $50 per pet and there is a $300 pet deposit. We do have breed restrictions for dogs. Restricted breeds are: Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids
