Honestly, the staff are extremely welcoming and nice, but when it comes down to getting something fixed they don’t seem to place the many issues as priority. My roommates and I have asked several times on updates about when our heaters would be fixed, but always given the response of not sure or they’re still waiting on parts. As residents we understand that errors happen, but waiting 4 months and still up to this day (almost summer) we have not gotten them fixed seems a bit unjustified. Management hasn’t done much to check up on the problem by calling the manufacturer or whatever necessary to hopefully resolve the issue. Initially moving in it was also quite disappointing to see that marks and damage to the property from previous owners were not fixed beforehand. The maintenance team are wonderful people and honestly extremely hardworking which is also another reason why I gave a higher rating than the place deserved.

Terrible experience with the place after we moved out. We asked the front desk if we can leave our "like new" appliances in the unit before we leave and was approved. Let me reiterate. It was approved by the front desk that we can leave those stuff inside the unit. However, couple months past, and they used "didn't have the conversation documented anywhere" to punish us for leaving the stuff in the unit. Absolutely ridiculous. 2/24/22 update My roommate and I contacted the M numerous times, just to be ghosted again. When I sent the email to try and resolve the situation, they kept on saying we didn't have physical proof or don't have the conversation documented. Ultimately ended up not responding to our emails. The reviews of the M are slowing reflecting their true colors. I would not recommend anyone I know to stay here.

I stayed here last summer for a few months and absolutely loved it. The amenities were amazing and the maintenance services were prompt and professional. The only complaint I have is the student presence that partied constantly and left a complete mess on the rooftop and refused to heed the messages left by building management, resulting in a shutdown of those amenities for the rest of the residents within the building.

I was a summer resident at the M (and am continuing my lease through the 2021-2022 year). I will say the apartment amenities are incredibly nice, but it seems a lot of the things within the apartment are low-quality. The maintenance crew are very helpful in addressing my issues, but I feel like I should not have had to call them to fix things the amount of times I did. I would like to give a special shout out to Angela who made our signing experience extremely convenient and was always ready to go above and beyond to meet our expectations. We hope our stay this next year is comparable to that of this summer!
