Whoever designed this apartment building is an idiot. The entire front of the building faces the sun directly, and the building is NOT designed for any amount of sunlight. Apartments heat up rapidly whenever the sun is out because entire walls are non-weatherproofed windows, causing them to become radiators in the sun and refrigerators in the winter. Expect difficulty cooling anything down in the summer, even when the weather cools down at night, because the building absorbs heat and radiates it out into apartments at night. 50F outside, 75F in your apartment. Windows are designed to make air conditioners as inconvenient and inefficient as possible. You'd think this entire building was made to cause global warming. Appliances are nice though. Everything's in great shape inside. Just bad architecture.

I miss the old management here, it seems they rotate out employees every 3-6 months so it's always someone new you have to deal with and this time around the employees dont respond to you and just are very snarky.

The staff is very friendly and the apartment is managed well. Good amenities, beautiful roof top, the maintenance tickets get done well and quickly. However it gets very loud during some weekend nights because of people partying on the streets, and and it woke me up more than once. There are a lot of mental homeless people doing drugs outside and the police doesn't do much about it. Also my apartment is facing Bell st (South) so it can get very hot during the summer and there's no AC.

We have lived there for two months so far and our experience has been nothing but positive! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Shiela (the manager) is awesome - she has been so accommodating every day starting with explaining the rules and showing us around to even bringing our Amazon packages to our apartment door! If I am ever coming back to Seattle I will definitely consider leasing here again!
