Tae was amazing tour guide!! Really caters to the needs of the clients and willing to assist them in any way. Even after a long day, always had a positive attitude and gave straight answers without any hesitation. Even though I could not rent out the apartment I wanted she helped me view another apartment that had similar qualities to what I liked. Super friendly and knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend her for viewing tours!!!

I’ve lived here for about 2.5mo now and I am very happy here! Fast commute to everything, right next to light rail, walking distance from a lot of shops/restaurants. All units have full amenities: W/D in-unit, dishwasher, full size oven/range. Most studio/open-1 beds come with just a shower, but I was able to get an ADA compliant studio with a tub. Great prices for the space compared to surrounding buildings. Maintenance comes literally the next day after you put in a request (never had this before). Place is always being cleaned.Security is always walking around - I feel very safe here! Garage parking is a lot cheaper than most Seattle places. Staff has been very nice to me. I always treat people how I want to be treated, so I can’t speak for others’ experiences. They also do a lot of events. Definitely a community building. 5/5 for the apts. 1/5 for the Safeway across the street tho.

I appreciate the building offers some perks and activities advertised in the elevators. Generally I feel like the building is well maintained and though the elevators go down usually its not for more than a day. I sort of wish residents were kept accountable for making messes like someone dragged their dead Christmas tree through the 4th floor leaving needles and branches everywhere. Also there is someone or multiple people who seem to stuff the rubbish and recycling chutes every week. Again these things are minor inconveniences. The staff is the office are very responsive and communicate well whenever I contact them or drop in.

The apartments are decent. I need a new rug but other than that not a lot to complain about. Maintenance is fast. I don't real fool with the leasing staff. Alicia, who is no longer there, was AWESOME. There are creepy nieghbors and I think some vagrants may have access to the building . Its a big complex. While walking down the stairway exit. I saw a lot of drug paraphernalia but who am to judge 😁. Oh and the smell of weed is constant. Some floor worse than others. They keep the building common areas updated and looking and the cleaning crew in the morning is awesome. Did I say they have some Creepy residents - creepy like ease dropping, harassing or maybe that's just happening to me.
