they took 6 months to get my deposit check processed. 6 months. I have an email thread in my inbox that goes back 3 months, and correspondence for the last 6 months. their excuses were that the check was lost in the mail. No mail gets lost for 6 months after multiple tries. the check that i finally received at their office was cut 4 days prior, when i spoke to them about it. this level of "disorganization" (let's be honest, they really wanted to keep that deposit! so, it's probably more appropriate to call this a scam.) is completely unacceptable. and it seems that problems with deposits have happened before, in reviews from before. They also delete reviews it seems. I will keep posting reviews and make sure my review is not deleted. this is unacceptable. addendum: i've called their office, and a third party answers the phone. they told me to "talk to julie." upon further inquiry, no last name, no phone number. when i went to go pick up the check in person, the leasing office can't be reached from the buzzer. the phone calls don't work. i email and julie comes out. does not apologize. just tells me that this "never happens" just do yourself a favor and don't ever live here.

I dodged a bullet with this one. The leasing agent wasn't there for our meeting but thankfully the manager was. The leasing agent and manager tried to intimidate me by using their version of what the law is - clearly not knowing the actual law and just spewing words to try to make their case. They also tried to trick me into paying the deposit without refund before even being approved. They tried to keep my deposit saying that the 4 open office hours that they had it caused damages to them. Furthermore, they kept bringing up how I should go look for housing in low income because "that is the situation I am in". They suggested that multiple times without prompt which felt odd. I found another apartment the week after and the management and the process were both a lovely breeze. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Kellcee is the best Manager we’ve ever had. She genuinely cares about the residents and has made it a point to ger to know all of us. A few times she’s even personally delivered perishable packages to our door. I really appreciate that given how expensive they can be. I’ve seen her come in a do general maintenance when they were short staffed. She really goes above and beyond. It’s the first time in years that we’ve had someone engaged. The location is great for walking and it’s super easy to get on the freeway. The upgrade a few years ago gave the place a nice facelift.
