Package delivery is a huge problem in this building. They work with this company called Fetch , which has a very bad reputation in providing this kind of service. (Google them for yourself) My packages are usually delivered with 4-5 days delay after getting canceled several times and calling/texting their customer service 5-6 times. Most of the times their app shows that the package is out for delivery but you don’t get it for 2-3 days until you call them and, if you are lucky to talk to someone after waiting on the line for at least an hour, they will reschedule the delivery. By the way, there is no customer service, it’s just an automated chat box. And they never ever answer the phone.

So first off the staff are nice. The facility is nice. However, I cannot recommend this apt because they have a delivery service called Fetch. If you are one to always get packages I would stay away form here. Do your own research on Fetch and you will see what I mean. We have all our boxes ether having holes in them, they are squished, or they do not show up at all. Unless you are someone that shops for yourself all the time, I would pass on this place, or any place that has Fetch.

The building and views are amazing. The building policies are super frustrating. The gym is unusable because it doesn't open until 8 am and closes at 8 pm (5 am is the normal time for dark and rainy Seattle). They won't give you a key for a guest that stays with you (without taking their driver's license, which they need to get around). They say they understand the policies don't make sense but can't do anything about it. I wouldn't have written this review except management stopped responding when I asked to talk with someone that can make a change. UPDATE: they have since opened the gym 24/7, which is a positive development. The staff continue to be friendly and helpful.

Lived here for a little over a year and absolutely loved it! The entire staff across the board is incredible, especially Sarah, Regina, and Julia. They are always friendly and eager to help resolve any issue you may have. The units themselves are quite nice and have a more "homey" vibe, not your standard cookie cutter tower. The gym and community spaces are also excellent, with some of the best views that I've seen at any building in Seattle. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment.
