They don't care about housing conditions they subject staff and residents to. If anyone speaks up about it they'd rather transfer them to another house with different problems than address any of them.

Worst organization I have ever worked for . Ms.Jacqueline Thompson in particular was extremely unprofessional. This organization hired me with the quickness in the mist of the summer 2020. They told me how much they needed new people and I was of course glad because I’m the mist of the corona virus , I needed hours. 2-4 weeks into my employment they did the opposite of what was promised to me . I nearly had to beg and cry for someone to provide shifts for me throughout my time with this agency. Ms.JACQUELINE THOMPSON, remember that name if you get hired and try as much as possible to avoid her. She will promise you things and give you the run around and than lie and tell you something else. Not only is there neglect that I have witness amongst the individuals , there’s also abuse from people who have a higher position towards the DSP. I was training with someone and the manager came upstairs and spoke to her in a I’ll mannered way as if she was her daughter ; ordering her to do a task. I have tried to get in touch with the head director but her ego wouldn’t drive her to give me a call, or personally set a meeting with me to see why her “EMPLOYEE” is in distress . As long as there being paid they have no desire to care about their employees problems even during a scary pandemic where tons of people are loosing their housing and etc . If you are OUT OF WORK, and desperately need a job, at first site it may seem like a great idea to take this position being that they hire almost anyone, but please keep in mind, this is the worst organization ever. They gave their employees a raise and took it back than tried to sabotage their current employees but cutting hours, preventing overtime and than hiring a bunch of people like me and promising us shifts to only use use as pigs for their on liking. They will purposely ignore you. I highly would recommend anyone to work here. The environment is horrible. Mist starting you will notice how their are factions , groups of dsp that don’t like other dsps and operate on different sides of the hall at 1199. That’s probably why the lady below stated how neglectful they are. There so worried about what their co worker who they don’t like is wearing today or why their co worker bleaches their skin more than worrying and caring about their individual. Once again stay away from this place. If there is any lawyer or someone that can help me , I would be so happy. I really feel that such organizations ran by people who abuse their position shouldn’t be allowed to continue to do this . They need to be stopped and I am here to do just that with time and patience . Thanks for reading I hope I saved someone the hassle with this company .

Please do not unless absolutely necessary have your child move to 919 North Broadway. There’s lots of neglect going on there and administration does not care about it. Also money that should be spent on the residents goes elsewhere. Where ????
