I'm a new Sitka resident (few days in) and I'm really impressed. The professionalism of the leasing staff - Jarred, Lauren, Cesar, Daniel have been beyond helpful (and always have a treat at the ready for my beloved rescue dog). The place is spotless (thanks to the fine efforts of Hade (sp?), and Robert the groundskeeper (who couldn't have been more helpful to this newcomer). A stellar crew at a stellar place to live - worth checking out!

Great apartment, quite cozy and spacious with great amenities and a pretty updated gym. Quick and responsive management team is an added bonus. The tree house is is the best touch in my opinion.

It's a well maintained community with great amenities and occasional events. Most of the staff are helpful and courteous. I had a good experience with maintenance, which was quick and efficient. There's a great gym, internal green area, rooftop and community garden. Though it is close to downtown, the area is calm and quiet enough. The building faces a nice park. For me, the downside is that the rent is high for the layout you get - my 1 bed apartment doesn't have a window in the bedroom, and many units have diagonal walls which are not practical. If you are on the MFTE salary range to benefit of the program, it's worth it.

Nobody cares about the residents once you get it. Two of five elevators have been down for more than one month. Today the management said that all elevators are down and advised to use stairs. Is this a joke? The garage door has been opened for past few days 24 hour, which is a serious security issues. No notice or even try to fix it. Practically abandoned property.
