I actually signed a lease without touring here first since I was moving from out of state. I've been living here for a month now and this has been the best rental experience I've ever had. The staff here are so polite and they really go the extra mile to accommodate you and make this place feel like home! Special shoutout to Steve in leasing for making our move-in process easy and allowing us to unload some moving boxes in our unit a day early. Also Mike, Michael, and Ryan at the concierge desk are absolutely phenomenal and I wanna say thanks for bringing our packages up to our unit before we even moved in. Definitely consider Tower12 if you're looking to live in Belltown. The location is excellent, the community amenities are great, and there are a wide variety of floorplans to pick from. Safe to say, we love our new home!

When we moved to Seattle during the pandemic, we took a chance on Tower 12 - and that chance paid off! This has been the best place to call home we've ever experienced! From the amazing concierge team, management team, and maintenance crew - to the the incredible views, amenities, and security - Tower 12 has anything/everything you need covered. They are also super good at spoiling your pups, with monthly yappy hours and a pet park/potty spot! We will miss you so much, Tower 12! Thanks for making our first home in Seattle an amazing experience.

We moved in mid April 2022 and have been blown away by the care and dedication starting from our first tour with Christina and the amazing front desk team Mike, Michael, Ryan and everyone else at Tower 12. They have made us feel at home from day one and every day since. They go above and beyond every single day to put a smile on our face and really care about the community here. I have been living at Tower12 for about 8 months and i love my studio! Great location with amazing city view! All public and hallways are always clean. The staffs are professional, supportive and friendly. They are also very responsive and quick for maintenance requests. I can confidently say it is one of the best apartments i have lived in
