I have here for a few weeks and I absolutely love this apartment. Modern, quiet, and great service. Amazing gym, office space, rooftop, and facilities are cleaned daily. Ty has been incredibly helpful, accommodating, with great follow up throughout my move. Any questions or issues I have had he goes out of his way to find the answer and fix the problem ASAP, which is much appreciated. The location is exactly what I been looking for, right near the water, close to Whole Foods, shops, restaurants, always something to do. My favorite Seattle apartments I have lived at as of now!

I went on a tour the other day and loved the apartment and the staff. Everyone was was friendly and very helpful. The grounds were clean and the apartment fit my needs. They have great amenities as well! The office staff really knows their information as well and are able to help you every step of the way making it a painless process!

Marlowe is a top-notch SLU apartment building! The amenities are all best in neighborhood (especially the gym), under utilized by other residents, and always clean. The team at Marlowe is incredibly helpful and easy going yet professional. They’ve gone out of their way to help me on multiple occasions - Ty, Sean’na, George, Mike - the whole crew! This is a great place to consider in a very desirable location.

I moved to Marlowe Apartments one month ago and everything is perfect. There are lot of amenities (media center, gym, business center, etc.) and they are always clean and ready to use. Lease agents (Ty and Sean’na) are always there to help you, being great at their jobs. If you need something, let them know and they will assist you. Also, maintenance team (specially Julio) is fast and effective, fixing anything in a very short time. I really recommend living there, it’s an amazing place to stay. I will be updating the comment once I stay here for longer but, as of now, after one month: 10/10.
