I've been a patient at CHC for at least a decade. My PCP is located in the Winter Garden office but I have labs, RX (by mail) & vision care at the Pine Hills office (never able to rcv dental svc @ any location). In the past (couple yrs ago) I've had a few horrible experiences with waiting time (well over an hour) to have blood drawn for lab work. However, my visit this week was A+ exceptional! My vision visits a couple of weeks ago was the same. I have Medicaid & sliding scale for services my insurance doesn't cover. The staff working the check-in desk could definitely be a little more courteous, but they weren't rude. My recent overall rating would definitely be 5 stars! No matter if I have ins via Medicaid or an employer, CHC will remain my preference for my family's healthcare needs. (My son recv vision & dental svcs @ CHC).

If i had an option to go else where i would but nobody else takes my insurance the front desk staff is very rude i have a 4 year old daughter they would not see me for my apt because i had her with me which i find very ridiculous because they have let her back with me before i dont have a baby sitter or daycare that can watch her for my apt so it makes no since as to why she could not come with me inside to see a doctor i will be looking for somewhere else as soon as possible!
