The worst place I’ve ever been to. Doctor couldn’t get my prescription correct, 4 different visits and still a blurry mess. I ended up going to another place, and got my prescription correct on first try. It’s taken over a MONTH, and my contacts that I ordered still haven’t arrived. And don’t even get me started about One of the guys (now regional manager) who work there. Honestly if you don’t want to be hit on by a male employee who apparently makes his move on everyone, ask for a female technician. Those ladies are the only ones holding that place together. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who needs clear vision.

If you have more complicated glasses, be very explicit as to what you need, as they tend to do more basic glasses.
They are inconsistent about following up in my experience. I would ask when the Mani is in, leave a message and also plan to call back dury that time.
You might want to call them and ask for a status. They forgot to call me to let me know my contacts were in and I waited three weeks as well. Then I gave them a call, and they said the contacts had been sitting there waiting for me to pick them up for over two weeks. It's water under the bridge now, but I'll admit it was pretty frustrating at the time.
I went to pick up my glasses today at Stanton Optical in Modesto. Was told I had to come back tomorrow to pick them up. After speaking to the lab manager. She said it would be no problem. She would start working on them right away. Lena went over and above making sure the fit of my lens would be perfect. And also insuring the tint I requested was the perfect shade. I was even allowed in the lab while she assisted me. Her, along with her assistance made my day. I am so very happy with my glasses. Lena, you are the BEST!!! Thank you for all you did for me. They arent worth it
Would not go there again the service is terrible had way too much to get my glasses that my prescription wrong did call me tell me my glasses were ready and they weren't so I would not recommend them but you do what you want I would look at Costco
Exam is 50$ contacts themselves varies from which pair you want and depends on your prescription.
Not unless you need an eye exam.thrn you do.the eye rxam is not free no matter what they say
