They are inconsistent about following up in my experience. I would ask when the Mani is in, leave a message and also plan to call back dury that time.
Maybe busy at another store or out sick or personal family matter maybe ask for manager in charge that day or an assistant manager maybe good luck hun patience and kindness dont loose your temper or your lady u are im sure u will get it all worked out God bless
