Love it here @ 4 Corners in Clermont!!! Providers and staffs are so helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I always feel welcomed here with my family. Affordable sliding scale is a plus. Two thumbs up!!

I highly recommend Dr.Vasquez. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and receptionist are nice. I love that they have a lab in the office and a pharmacy of there own! The only negative is they do not have a direct phone number to call in and the main phone line takes too long to get through with operators that are not in the clinic itself, so I have to come in to make appointments.
