This is the worse place you can take you kids do your self a favor and take them else to a doctor that actually cares about your child’s health. My child has severe asthma and allergies he can’t even sleep at night and I had to beg them to do a allergy test and beg them for a referral to the ENT because I know there is something wrong I also requested a refill for his asthma and had to wait a week for them to me that doctor Cabrerasaid he medically does not need it are you kidding me my child has been taking this since he was born he is 6 also when I want to speak with a manager how convenient she is not there and I want to speak with someone higher up nobody knows the information.

Staff and doctors are great but hate their now calling center. You can no longer reach the office directly and the calling center is horrible.

No one ever answers the phone I have sat on hold for over an hour a number of times and even if you opt for the call back no one will ever call you back

If I could give FCP a ZERO star review I would! You can’t speak to a live person for anything, they give option for a call back but you don’t ever receive a call back. I have been with FCP since 2016 and former employee this company has went completely down hill since there expansions. When you finally speak with a person likely chance of actually being helped is non existent and just about get hung up on during there “TRANSFER” to someone that can help. I will be taking my child to another pediatrician.
