We Always have a good experience. I love the homeopathic and common sense approach. The Dr always takes her time and doesn't haggle me about vaccines. I searched and searched for a Pediatrician like this one. I even drive an hour just to go here because my town doesn't have Pediatricians that allow parents to have a choice with the vaccines. My son was having recurring ear infections and this office recommended we see Dr palmer a chiropractor. And he hasn't had one since. The traditional pediatrician we were seeing beforehand had him on antibiotics for almost 8 months straight Without any results. That's why I started looking for a better pediatrician. The one and only complaint I have is the scheduling system I would prefer to speak to somebody in the office As opposed to a scheduling service company

Fun Activities

I have been calling for over a week to make a wellness appointment for my daughter, who is an existing patient. I am not sure who had the terrible idea to have an answering service to make appointments; no luck getting through either by phone and email. Terrible customer service, it is really disappointing how this office practice has changed drastically. Dr. Franz, I hope that you realize that this is not working out.

What I truly love about Dr. Franz is that she is very outspoken about health freedom and the health of children. I wouldn’t want to be apart of any other practice because I know Dr. Franz will always continue to fight for what is right!! Forever thankful for Dr. Franz!

I heard great things about Dr. Franz so I decided to call and make an appointment but after speaking to the office staff I believe I’ve changed my mind. First impressions are important, and whoever I spoke to made it clear that their office doesn’t need patients with how rude she was being. I work in the medical field and I know how important it is for the entire staff to be kind and helpful to the patients.
