If I could I would give them ZERO STARS. They told me to come at 730am for an emergency walk-in for my daughter who's been in pain for days. We get there at 715am knowing I had to sign paperwork but noone showed up until 745am and they didn't open the door until 8am. I enter, sign in, fill out paperwork and sit. 2hrs later, she still wasn't called in. Asked how much longer and I was told "well since she's an emergency walk-in it all depends on how fast they're moving in the back. And the dr will see her when she can in between patients." I sit down and 5 minutes later 2 more ppl walked in and were right away. At that moment I got up, said a few things to them and walked out! I will never recommend this facility to anyone.

Staff and doctors are the best.

I made an appointment in February, which then they canceled and put it in June. I was supposed to go in today and they canceled yet again because the dentist wasn’t there. The next availability is in August. This is so irresponsible, and unprofessional. The staff members are so rude and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Was trying to make an appointment for my kids as new patience but was told they didn't have any appointments available until September or October and it's June that's a great way to discourage new patience we will be looking for some where else they obviously have more patience than they need
