Don’t do it. Safe yourself the trouble. Right now I need my son’s sports physical and his shots to be transferred to a document his college provided, and I’m currently looking for any other doctor that would complete the physical and transfer the shots even if I have to pay extra for it, just to avoid coming to this office. It would take a month for his PCP to be changed so I don’t have a choice. And transferring the shots for one document to another apparently will take them a week. The receptionist hates her job. She’s rude no matter how kind you may be. You are lucky if they answer the phone and when they do they sigh at every request. Most unprofessional office you can go to. But then again that’s most offices in Kissimmee.

My child had severe throat infection he said he calls the medication to pharmacy he never did I call fourteen times to his emergency line to get him to email me printed prescription he never returned my call it was a weekend my child was didn’t get to take her medicine and get well fast . Doctors supposed to check on their patients and be available to them that’s what they get paid for and also their moral and professional commitment requires that he is licensed to write prescription he didn’t

Very good doctor but the look of this place is Halloween all year round. To start the entrance always, gray, dirty and with a smell of urine. The windows in the entrance are very dirty and the look of the waiting room is really depressing. Better not to mention the bathrooms! If you need to go to the bathroom, you better wait until you get home.

Very lousy the staff that answers the phone calls, Dr. López is a sweetheart, she gives very good attention to her patients, but it's a shame the staff they have at the window, they are very rude
