I'm so disappointed that they let literally anyone with zero skills work there. Normally there is 3 woman I see who are amazing and yesterday there were 2 I've never seen and unfortunately one who did my son's hair. He was very specific on how he wanted his hair, plus there's notes under his name and she Messed up his hair so bad. She cut it how she wanted it. My son even explained how others cut it and she didn't understand. His hair is so uneven now I have to take him somewhere else to fix it. Hire people who know what the hell they are doing and who can listen.
