We would never want to move a resident into an apartment with pests and want you to know as we were getting your home ready for you, we found no evidence of pests. I would highly suggest avoid this community. They have major issues with termites which they do pest control but none of it helps. This is the 2nd time in past 6months I have to face this issue.
