The tenant turnaround here is astounding, and we are about to be some of them. There have been 3 management overhauls in our 1 yr lease, I dont believe anyone working here now, was here when we moved in, aside from the maintenance staff, and that's almost who I wish would leave. The building might be gorgeous in an initial walk but the veneer fades fast. In common spaces chips out of the walls, carpets are stained all over and to my knowledge haven't been cleaned once since we moved in, lights have been burned out since we moved in, and tickets addressing them have been canceled, the east most elevator seems to die on almost a weekly basis at this point. In the apartment we had almost an instant problem with pipes gurgling for hours. We were told 'that 's just what they do, cant fix it" I'm in construction, it can and should have been fixed. Amenities have either not worked or not worked well and when asked how to operate them, maintenance hasnt known an alarming amount of time. Safety wise, there is a MASSIVE hole in the Latch system. Anyone who gains access to the east parking garage, has access to the entire building via the stairwell in the lobby. All you have to do is wait until a car goes in the gate. Lights are burnt out in the showers by the pool and have been since moving in , leaving dark unsafe spaces where someone could get hurt or worse hurt someone else. My repair ticket for this was "cancelled " Communication to and from management is also abysmal. Most of my emails fail to garner responses unless I go directly and corner someone. There are digital update boards throughout the building, and Ive never once seen them used for any updates. There was also a mid day test of the fire alarm system that noone was notified of, but management still denies failing to alert people. My roommate, who works evenings was woken by these and in a panic she ended up outside the building in just her underwear and a robe with a dozen or so others. Shes had nightmares of waking up to a fire since. Our lease is up at the end of June, and I honestly can't wait. Ive had multiple chats with neighbors who feel the same. If you do end up choosing to rent here, pay close attention to your bedroom windows when you pick an apartment, mine points directly down a hallway that never darkens and i am constantly bombarded by light, and worry of someone peeking in on me. But if you want my advice and you are looking to rent here, dont. This place might seem "luxury" at first, but ask yourself, why are there so many open apartments?

The staff here is top tier. Any questions or issues I’ve had were promptly handled by the team at Ironworks. In particular, Tea has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions and Jose is always happy to help fix any issues with the apartment. The location is also great. Downtown Sunnyvale is just a couple minutes walk away with great food and shops for most of your daily needs. In addition, the farmer’s market every Saturday provides even more options.
