Maintenance doesn't get back to you quickly and there's a high turnover rate for the people working in the leasing office, which speaks volumes about the administration. The guy working in the leasing office, however, is polite and professional, but I would avoid communicating with Pam since she is very rude and apathetic. The apartments themselves are clearly old (since the floorboards squeak and the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear your neighbor sneeze). The paint job in the apartment doesn't look like it was done professionally and looks like it was a rushed job completed within 5 minutes.

My wife and I have been stay here for over year now and we love it here. Not only is it beautiful and serene, what makes this great is the staff! Special shout out to Igor and Alex who do a great job maintaining the apartments and who do the work in a professional and timely fashion. Also we are grateful for Prajakta for always addressing our concerns and being a great resource. We would highly recommend this place and have referred many of our friends to consider living here.

I really couldn't think of any positive reason to stay this terrible apartment. staffs here are pretty unfriendly, facility is pretty old. I think that's also the reason why more and more residents decide to leave this terrible place. I know this review may incur they "template response" to connect to your and get your feedback. But believe me, they never listen. The staffs here are super unprofessional.

This is a "hidden treasure!" I've lived at Briarwood for almost three years and it's the best apartment I've ever lived in! My experience has been nothing but positive!!! The location is perfect, the apartments are really quiet, the parking is exceptional and the staff is superior. I enjoy interacting with the office staff, Suree and Alyssa. They are both very nice, friendly, accommodating and responsive. The maintenance staff is also exceptional! They are so nice and always go out of there way to go above and beyond. I've broken my closet rods a few times and they have always gone out of their way to be nice to accommodate me and fix anything that I break quickly, and they do it in such good spirit. I really love it here!!!
