The place is really nice. Estefani helped us with all the room requirements and did a great job. Calm atmosphere, great for families to live!

Nice apartments with a fantastic staff. We have lived here quite a few years, and the front office people Edgar and Jessica (and previously Anthony) have gone way above and beyond to help us multiple times when unforeseen circumstances came up. Rene and the maintenance staff are super responsive and have fixed anything from appliances to cabinets in 24 hours or less. When we moved out (and later moved back!), the deposits, fees, and rent were all very reasonable for the area. The staff treats pets extremely well too. Can't beat the location by the park either.

Lived here for 2+ years and had a great experience. Pet friendly, washer/dryer in unit, and a nice park across the street. Management was very helpful and responsive. This complex was a high quality living space relative to most options in the Mountain View and Sunnyvale area. Almost no walkability to restaurants or stores so be ready to drive. One parking spot was guaranteed with the apartment and it was easy to find space for the second car in the lot or on the street. Pretty dense neighborhood due to large number of apartments and townhomes with lots of multi-generational and young families. Good experience overall!

We lived at Summerhill Park apartments for four years. When we first moved in, it was wonderful. We were the first to move into our newly renovated one bedroom apartment and the pool area was about to re-open after a hefty remodel. The management was run efficiently and professionally for the first few years, but things started going downhill. Once the new manager (or assistant manager) took over the office, we were not pleased with the level of customer service. For example: we'd be contacted after 5 pm with regard to packages being delivered to the office that were delivered at lunch time. When we'd go to pick up the packages, the office would be closed. The first time I met the new assistant manager, he approached me where my car was parked in my assigned spot and stated, "Is this your assigned spot?" It set up a rocky relationship between me, my husband, and this young man. I think the level of professionalism at Summerhill Park has not been the same since the latest assistant manager stepped in. Whenever I'd step into the office with a question or concern, it seemed like I was bothering the the assistant manager on duty. After living somewhere for four years, and watching countless people move in and out every six months, I felt that level of customer service was not worth the amount of money we paid to live in a one bedroom apartment. On the other hand, Rene was fantastic. I've never met a more friendly and hard working maintenance man in all my years. He was professional and it was a pleasure knowing him for the four years we spent living at the apartment complex. The location is fantastic and directly across the street from a beautiful park. One last thing, we spent a full day cleaning the entire apartment. From the appliances to dusting fans, we cleaned the apartment as well as we could. We were still charged a $145.00 fee. My question is, why bother spending all my time cleaning the apartment if I'm going to be charged that fee?
