Extremely noisy and understaffed management team since 2022! They have beeping from common area overnight but no maintenance team came to resolve it after I reported twice.

Really disappointed with the way they treated the restaurant tenants who used to be around in 2020 and 2021. The starbucks that had to close down, because the rent was raised from 17K a month to 22K a month. So, in their attempt to squeeze 60k more a year, now they will be losing 200K from loss of rental income. It's coffee for god sake, no one will drink a starbucks that jacked up the price by 40 percent in a year. Obviously they all moved out, leaving the entire row vacant for half a year at the time of writing. This entire apartment might look nice from the outside and strategically placed right in the middle of Sunnyvale downtown, but it's definitely a trap you want to avoid. Management is greedy, as you have read from the other negative reviews, and fully deserves the loss of income from all the vacant units.

Nice apartment until now, but can somebody please tell me where the gym is? I have been looking for it 2 days now and I cannot find it. thanks!

DON’T RENT HERE! Ridiculously high ($1000+) move-out charge when the apartment was in very decent condition. Extremely loud trash truck noise every morning at 6AM and you will never know when the fire alarm will go off (usually 3AM in the morning at least once a month).
