WORST ENERGY COMPANY. I had been a loyal customer for 5 years, but that means nothing to them. When it came to my 5 year contract ending Reliant just cut my electricty off without a notice. Reliant has a rude and uninformed customer serive. Not to mentioned they have an outrages exit fee. Why be with a company that only wants to take your money when there is way better rates out there?

Wouldn’t refer reliant to anyone ! There’s no way our bill was $400-500, every month with only 2 residents in our home ,that worked 10hr shifts each!

Do you want to pay too much for electricity? Choose Reliant!! Edit: Add - 5 years with Reliant. Only after I did my research and tried to negotiate did I think I was getting a good deal. Turns out I still wasn't. Now I use THIGBE and my electric bill is cut in half. HALF! I tried working with customer service at Reliant on the phone and through the chat on the app. It didn't help, because I didn't know I was getting a bad deal. Now I do, and won't go back.

Reliant is the best thing I ever did. My bills are on average billing and autopay, and they have been consistently lower by half of my previous service. Great choice!
