Do not return here! I returned something on May 30th and was originally told I would see my return in 7 days, called in to check and they said it would probably be 30 days before I get my refund and that I should've sent it UPS!

Return was very quick and easy. No hustle. Just bring your product after placing the return request and scan the QR code in front of the lockers and place the box .

I love the ease of pick up and drop-off here. It is very clean and accessible.

I had to return a larger box with a dolly thinking it would be a pain, but the parking is conveniently behind it. You do have to pay but it was .75¢ for 30 min.

I think they chose the location specifically because of campus. A lot of students are prime members thanks to amazon student and a lot of students walk almost everywhere they go. I can't imagine where they would build a parking lot.
There is a side street due south, half a block down. In three trips there, there has been an available space in the first 100 yards in from High St
Dropoffs can only be done during business hours.
If purchased through Amazon, then yes, you can return them here.
Yes, fill out application online first, than call the store you wish to work at.
Yes. These are some of their current remote roles: https://www.amazon.jobs/en/locations/virtual-locations
Yes, there's delivery but not through Amazon Closet. That would be through Prime or Prime Now.
They have a kiosk you login and it prints your label
Depends on size of the packet, or the seller. I had two such issues--once the seller didn't send here, and once it was two big of a packet
Yes, they have a station for processing returns.
I park at the UDF usually
9am to 9pm
There's 1 associate there servicing the location. Not sure on their hours but I've never been there without someone from Amazon there.
I also park in the UDF parking lot. As long as I'm quick, they don't say anything.
9 to 9pm
Yes.. it'll stay in that hub until you access the code from the app for the locker # to pick up your items.
Yes, just use your mobile device and cancel the order prior to pi k ip
I use Kohls for returns
Someone who claimed to be from the Amazon Hub was asking about delivery times?
When you purchase an item, you select this location to pick it up yourself. Parking is a bit of a pain, but doable. Bring change for the meters.
Yes, they have stations where you can log in and print return label yourself.
Picking up a package from the Amazon locker is safer than having Prime drivers deliver. We've had packages stolen because Prime drivers ignored our special instructions on where to leave the packages.
This is the hub location not Amazon itself. Why don't you call customer service and find out instead of spamming reviews to a delivery office.
This is a consumer review site. Please contact Amazon directly.
This Google maps, not Amazon, you should email them that question.
It's in the heart of campus around Lane Ave and High St.
9 am - 9 pm every day
Nope. They only operate between the hours of 9am and 9pm. Sorry.
Go online or call the store or other locations you're interested in working . I'm just a customer.
I'm quite sure that Amazon will deliver to just about any, more convenient location that you choose, if its Amazon@Columbus location isn't easily accessible for you.
It is just south of Lane Avenue on the east side of High St. I wait for a space to open up in UDF, park, handle my business in Amazon and jet. Super easy.
You may give someone the barcode to open the locker
Call
These answers don't help.
I'm not sure there's anything to gain by calling a local location. Amazon already does a great job providing all information you need. A local number would be useless.
Not stocked there, but you could reuse a box that was discarded there. I always remove my item from the box and leave it there to be recycled.
Yes, and they have great customer service, very helpful.
Not personLy. They will assist you in process if unsure. The lobby is stocked witg bags, boxes and tape for you to use.
Yes.
No. But you can schedule a pickup from this location or an amazon locker location. When you check out, the website can give you options of where to pick up versus being shipped the item.
I parked down High St. on a side street for $0.25/20 minutes. The street view has not been updated with the Amazon store front. You order from Amazon as normal and it will present you with the option to pick up locally, some items are immediately available. You generate a pickup code on Amazon and enter the code at the terminal and your locker opens.
