Does anyone work at this drop off or is it all self serve?
Is there access to the store from inside the parking garage or do I have to walk around?
If my package delivers today at 8pm and if I can't make it to pick up the package until tomorrow (12/1/19) can I come in still pick up.
Can I refuse delivery from Prime?
Returning a handicap walker in a big box. It gave me the option to return it at the campus hub on high street at no cost, so clicked that. Looked at pics and looks like small wall slot for returns. No way it will fit. Can you do big returns there?

Why dont you have a # people can call and ask why you haven't delivered their packages? 2 days Amazon prime and you didn't deliver,with no reason or knowledge when I'm getting my orders, although I paid for Amazon prime!!
