Why dont you have a # people can call and ask why you haven't delivered their packages? 2 days Amazon prime and you didn't deliver,with no reason or knowledge when I'm getting my orders, although I paid for Amazon prime!!

Picking up a package from the Amazon locker is safer than having Prime drivers deliver. We've had packages stolen because Prime drivers ignored our special instructions on where to leave the packages.

Im not sure what exactly the problem that you having. When you track your package what does it say ? Are you trying to get it of the lockbox ?

The phone app will not only give you status, you can check order status. I only use the Amazon Locker for things I don't want Prime Now but could get it same day.
