Returning a handicap walker in a big box. It gave me the option to return it at the campus hub on high street at no cost, so clicked that. Looked at pics and looks like small wall slot for returns. No way it will fit. Can you do big returns there?

Remember that when returning anything to Amazon, your refund or credit will not come to you until they receive your item. It may take up to 3 weeks. All cases are different but do not expect it to be fast. The people at the desk are usually friendly and will take your package, I returned an item that didn't fit in a locker just fine. You'll be okay. Hope you are able to find the item you need.

You can take it the counter there to the left as you enter the Hub and they'll take care of the return from there. Make sure you take a pic of the return package and label for your return tracking purpose in case of delay in shipping.

There is a desk that is manned. It's possible they could take it from you. Probably you should call and ask.
