Does the drop off location have packing tape for use by customer?

Yes

They have boxed and shipped items back for me. I just had the return paper and the item.

Thank you. They did have tape and plastic bags in multiple sizes. The bags have have sealable strips.

Larry I unfortunately don't know this answer. I've only done pick up. I did have a friend tell me that one of the employees did assist him with tape when he needed it. Good luck
