We went to this location to pick up an air blower that was an online order for our grandchildren's water slide. The employees here were helpful courteous and knowledgeable which made our journey here a great success with minimum effort on our part! There is plenty of parking here with wheelchair accessible as well as wheelchair entrance.

Horrible.. I waited in the lumber department for over 30 minutes for help.. after finding someone they were on their cell phone looking at pictures acting like I'm bothering them for service. I was told that I needed to go to flooring for a piece of wood. Found the item that I thought I needed they cut the wood came home and it did not fit. Stupid me did not compare the measurements because I wasn't feeling good... Now I have to drive back to this store 20mins from home to do this All over again!!!!; Waste of time, money, material and GAS... THANK YOU HOME DEPOT

Travis was very friendly when I asked him if could tell me the price of a tree that wasn't tagged, he was about 8 ft from it when I asked him he ignored me, when I asked him again if he was able to help me he snapped at me and said he was helping another customer. There was no customer around he was just holding the flags blocking in front of the gate he just put up to block.

John from Flooring made this trip to Home Depot not just amazing, but gave me a sense of peace when it came to choosing flooring from my home. Truly an funny person and very knowledgeable. While I did spend a lot of time asking him questions, he didn’t seemed bothered but actually glad to share his experiences and excited to teach me about the different kinds of flooring the store offered. I now know why vinyl flooring is the best option for my living room and bedrooms. It’s people like him that make coming here great!

I would definitely complain to a manager and voice your concerns, you shouldn't have to feel any type of way when you are a paying customer no matter what establishment it is. Hope this helps
