They substituted formula that was NOT what my infant’s pediatrician prescribed. They did not tell me, as the mother of their substitution, so I never knew the prescription was not accurately filled. The substitute formula has harmed my infant. They are irresponsible and lack general concern for the health of the population they are serving. This is also using our tax dollars corruptly. They MUST tell you if you and/or your child’s requirements fall through their “cracks”. They care little, and push their inaccurate “health guidelines” that can, like in my case, prioritize $$ over infant’s health. This is a money-driven organization, not concerned with actual health at all, based on my experience. Bad news bears!
