Applied and was granted food stamps in the amount of $200 a month. Near the end of the first month was told I must bring documentation of my child support order or else the second month would only be $100 and that would be the final month of my benefits. Long story short I brought the papers to this office before the second month started and still I only got $100 on the second month. I contacted the office and was told to just deal with it and that it would return to $200 on the third month... It is now the third month and my balance is $0 and my case has been closed, I received nothing, and was informed I never submitted the documents that I already submitted two months ago. If you can make it to another office I suggest doing so, these people really aren't concerned about people getting their benefits and being able to eat.

Very nice people with hardly any wait at all. The negative reviews are silly. Don't expect perfection from a government entity. You'll be sorely disappointed.

Very helpful

They've always been informative & directed me in the right place. Have helped to they're abilitys.. or given information to other services... I did not receive one call for an interview, as I said . Mostly for myself have been follow thru as much as they can due to the change in social order.. stay safe & be well. K. Erwin

Why won't they let you get her back from your husband why did they take her they have to provide classes and lawyer if they've taken your child there has to be they have to provide you with a list of things for you to do to get your child back
Go into an office and simply request a "statement of benefits recieved". You may also ask for a couple of copies for your own records.
