Why am I not surprised with the rating on here. Not sure who reads this, but you should review your customer service team. I had to call again looking for a different rep, since the first one yelled his questions at me 🤷‍♂️The next rep was not any different. She was unhelpful. All I wanted is for someone to answer my questions without getting yelled at lol. Edit: Yes! I have not used your services yet! That should be even more alarming to you! The two times I picked up the phone to contact your company I was greeted by an unpleasant customer service reps, that's it. I do not know your business or have any interest in carrying a "deliberate attack" against your business. I was just a protentional customer. it seems to me like your company is more interested in chastising potential customers than helping them. I have felt like this after every time I interact with your company. Do you see why I wrote this?

DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. Extremely unprofessional. My car has been sitting in a random lot in Michigan for a week and they didn’t bother to tell me until I called. Every time I call the delivery date gets pushed back. This company is a joke. Spend the extra few hundred dollars and get a competent shipper.

The cliche "I'd give zero stars if I could" kind of review, here. Extremely unprofessional, owner was horrible to work with, and my vehicle was 3 weeks past the deadline. When we brought it up to the owner, he immediately got confrontational. There are better businesses, with better people, that deserve your attention way more than this scum.
