Contacted the dealership about a used Tacoma and was put in touch with Hector. He was quick with responses and very straightforward and easy to work with. After talking on the phone for a couple of days about the vehicle I was interested in, I made the trip down to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Unlike past experiences with test drives, he made sure I was comfortable with it and was able to drive it for quite a while, getting it on the highway, and testing out the four wheel drive. None of the staff pressured me into a decision or were overly prodding while I inspected the vehicle and took my time to make a decision. Once a deal was agreed upon the buying process went rather quickly and everything was smooth. Very good experience on my end and would recommend this dealership and Hector if you're in the market for an upgraded vehicle.

I call Kearny Mesa Jeep to see if they had diesel oil and filter in stock which they did (another dealership told me it would take two weeks to order ). They advised me that they had Quick Oil and vehicle check that didn’t require an appointment. I arrived a half hour later and checked in with Junior. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had recommended a brake fluid check that was done after 30,000 miles. He told me it would take no more than two hours because there were three cars ahead of me. My Jeep was finished in exactly two hours. The waiting room was well appointed and comfortable. I am switching to your dealership from now on. Many thanks Roberta

I got an oil change here and the process was very smooth. My favorite Dodge dealership in town. Will was a great service advisor. The wait was pretty long, which is very normal for San Diego. But they give you a free Uber there and back to wherever you want to go

Depending on the year there was a recall for that issue, fixed by software/firmware update. I had mine done at dealer 0$ !
They are excellent.
