The hotel is just so beautiful, the room was perfect, and the staff is so so nice. AirFrance lost our luggage and we spent entire mornings trying to ring from the front desk phone, they were so helpful and kind! Also the rooftop restaurant is great and the view is fab. Would recommend 100%

Place was ok. Really hip, really small rooms. $50 deposit per day that you will only get $15 back due to destination fee and taxes. Add $35 a day to your bill. I checked out a day early and still owed a deposit and "destination fee". They said they could not take off the extra day due to contractual obligations. $300 in deposits and they sent me a bill for $209 after checking out. Their assistant front office manager states that this fee is to "keep in line with market Segments". She would not give me a detailed explanation. These fees are usually to keep up with amenities such as pool or gym. If you are not told about these fees, like my self, before confirming your stay it is against the federal trade commissions guidelines. They seem to not want to help or explain much. Good luck folks. seems like there is a better way to spend your money.

Updated to 4 because of the prompt and polite response. Another example of the great service they provide to guest. So many places now are not as professional and friendly. Room was nice but very cramped. Pool closed very early, 5pm but we were told 6pm, very disappointed since the sun doesn’t go down until 8pm. Staff is super friendly, but I wanted more for a hotel that is supposed to be fun and a great experience.

Cool 1920s art Deco facade with a modern flare. Staff were very friendly and nice. Rooftop bar had classy drinks with a great view. The light switches in the hotel room hard to turn on/off. Would stay again if in LA :-)

Hello Pearl! Yes - just put in the shipping address ATTN: Guest, and your name and the front desk will receive and hold for you until your checkout. See you soon!
You're actually was meter parking so I'm not even sure if they had a parking lot or structure but there's meter parking downstairs
Thursday through Sunday they have valet parking for $49, but because of covid they don't offer parking Monday through Wednesday, on those days you have to use the $12 (for 12 hours or less) one block north on Olympia and Main (I think) with no in and out privileges. I stayed Monday through Friday, the parking wasn't too much of an issue, just unload your stuff at the loading zone onto a trolly and then park.
The Hoxton, Downtown LA is taking reservations for October 1st onward!
